FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Choose a package that is right for you and pay the associated fee. Within 48 hours, you will be given access to your client portal where you will complete your questionnaire and personal data. At this time required forms will need also need to be completed.

Once your forms are completed and your payment received, your labs will then be ordered and will arrive to your address.

Simply complete the testing (which may consist of saliva, blood spot, urine, stool or blood draw) then drop the completed tests at the designated shipping location near you.

After your tests results are in, you will be contacted to schedule a review of findings session.

During your review of findings session, your coach will then review your lab results with you. Once your virtual coaching call is completed, your coach will give you educational tools to help achieve personalized wellness which may recommendations regarding diet, physical activity, stress reduction techniques and/or supplements.

• A virtual coaching call with review of your laboratory tests.

• Personalized lifestyle recommendations.

• Medical Diagnoses - we do not diagnose medical illness or disease

• Supplements - your health coach may recommend supplements and because test results are highly personalized, the cost of recommended supplements is separate from the package cost.

• Blood Draws - if you choose the INVESTIGATION package, you will need to have a blood draw. A list of locations offering this service will be given to you however the cost of the blood draw is separate from our program and will need to paid directly to laboratory performing this service depending on location and lab.
